How the PoE2 recombinator Chooses Modifiers
The underlying algorithm of a PoE2 recombinator pools the affixes from both 'Item A' and 'Item B'. It first selects a base type from one of the two items (a 50/50 coin flip), and then determines the final number of prefixes and suffixes based on the combined size of the affix pools.
