How to Use the Palworld Breeding Calculator
The calculator has two modes. In Breed Parents mode, select any two Pals as parents and the tool instantly calculates the offspring using the real in-game CombiRank formula. In Find Combos mode — the most valuable feature — select the Pal you want and the calculator reverse-engineers every valid parent pair that produces it, saving you from manually testing hundreds of combinations at your ranch.
Understanding CombiRank (Breeding Power)
Every Pal has a hidden CombiRank stat (also called Breeding Power). When two Pals breed, the game calculates a target power value using the formula: floor((Parent_A_Power + Parent_B_Power + 1) / 2). The resulting child is the Pal whose CombiRank is closest to this target value. Lower CombiRank = rarer Pal. Blazamut has one of the lowest values at 10, while common Pals like Chikipi sit at 1500.
Unique Breeding Combinations
Before the CombiRank formula runs, the game checks a hardcoded list of 24 Unique Breeding Combinations. These are special parent pairs that always produce a specific Fusion Pal regardless of their CombiRank math. Examples include Relaxaurus + Sparkit = Relaxaurus Lux, and Frostallion + Helzephyr = Frostallion Noct. Our calculator checks these first, exactly matching in-game behavior — unique results are highlighted with a golden star badge so you know the pairing is guaranteed.
